Each day is a gift....

Hi All!

I am feeling too lazy these days... don't feel like crafting... don't feel like updating my blog... :( Donn knw why! Might be I crafted crazily during past 2-3 weeks coz of an exhibition... But Sonia today gave me a wake up call... and asked me to post something... So here I am... Posting one of the card I made... I targeted ICR9 while making it but coz of time constaint, I couldn't post it on time...

A closeup of the side panel. I made this bloom after cutting 2 flowers from a PP by the pebbles purchased at Itsy Bitsy. and glued these together with a 3D foam tape.

How can I forget the matching envelope ;)

I forgot to take the picture of the inside of the card as I decorated it as well...
Now the supplies I have used:

Card stock and envelope: Itsy Bitsy
Pattern Papers: Hobby ideas, The Pebbles and My mind's eye - True Blue
Embellishments (Butterflies, pearls and sentiment) : Itsy Bitsy

This card has been entered to following challenges:

Thanks Sonia for encouraging me to share what I made. And friends please leave your comments if you liked my card. It really keeps me going.. :)

Forgot to mention that I am the random winner at Incy Wincy Designs this time... and I have won 10$ gift certificate to shop at  Tiddly Inks.. this is my 1st random win...! So feeling excited... :)

Good night!
Priya....

Priya - I am so glad I jolted you back to posting.. I love your color sense-- I struggle so often to get a balance I like-- I best was the gift bag you had made for our meeting-- I would not even have attempted that color combination and here again you have tried unusual colors and it looks so unique and lovely.
Keep posting dear. Oh one news-- I am going to learn Tanjore painting next week-- one of my long time wishes!

Priya Congrats on the win! I am joining at RT nagar-- 2 very sweet ladies and they are very flexible with the time- such amazing stuff they have at their studio. If you have sat/ sun free I am sure you may be able to do something as this may be a good time for you to learn without the added family commitments.I actually went to enquire about something to keep my daughter busy during dussera holidays and they changed the timings so that I could squeeze in some time to learn Tanjore too!
