Today I am sharing a card that I made for ICR DT post... I wanted to be a part of DT but dropped the idea at the end though I was ready with 3 projects!... as many of here can bet on how bad I am with the deadlines... :P moreover I will be on vacation for Diwali.. Will try next time for sure...
Anyhow... ICR core team wanted a project with a scene.. and I came up with this....
I tried to make a b'ful garden on a bright sunny day with a cute little gal playing around... I hope you are able to make it from the card... :P

The Garden... I made the flowers by paper piecing a flowery pattern paper.
The little girl is from a MICIA stamp set. She is just so adorable. I colored her with my faber castel water color pencils..
And the matching envelope...
and it has lots of dimensions too!

oh this is so adorable, love this garden scene and you do paper piecing so well!! and i loved the way you have colored the little girl...and you know should have gone ahead and put this card for the DT position,well even tejal has recommended it...this is so pretty:)

Priya such a gorgeous bird house. So well you use the patterned paper- I was gifted some during our ICR meet and also more recently and have no idea how to use- many are so pretty I dont feel like cutting them!!
Priya the paper rose punch was from Itsy bitsy but I am not too happy with the quality- It got stuck after a few days and my hubby had to really open it up and assemble it again so wouldnt advise you to buy it as its pricey too- better buy from some other company. The flowers are huge the small one is 5 cm and the large one 7-8 cm large but hey look lovely
